The Medicine Wheel - 4 Elementals Elixirs to work with in Ceremony

4 ELEMENTALS:
This is a series of elixirs ultimately to be used throughout a year to gather knowledge of life´s nature which may be perceived through observation and integration of Nature´s Rhythms.

As above so below. As within so without.

A suggestion is to take the elixirs seasonally, at the moment when the element´s expression is at it´s peak, facing the direction.

Engage in personal and universal daily ritual, a full circle.
The elixirs can of course be taken just as one pleases, as well as when you feel the need for Freedom, Flow, Higher Flame or Groundedness. The titles and the keywords give a key to what to be expected.
